1- Architectural Engineer

Job Description:
-
Generates architectural design based on given brief.
-
Plans layout of project and integrates engineering elements into unified design using computer assisted design software for client review and approval.
-
Prepares scale construction drawings and contract documents for building contractors.
-
Prepares operating and maintenance manuals, studies, and reports.
-
Prepares project tender package and construction documents.
-
Coordination with other engineering disciplines

Job Requirements:
-
3-5 Years of experience in working drawing
-
3ds max is a MUST
-
Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering
-
Strong computer skills, including Auto CAD, Revit and Microsoft Office
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
-
Ability and interest in performing work in the field
-
Very good English
-
Ability to work under pressure and stay extra works if needed.

2- Site Engineer (Civil Engineer)
​
Job Description:
-
managing parts of construction projects
-
overseeing building work
-
undertaking surveys
-
setting out sites
-
checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
-
supervising contracted staff
-
ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
-
liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
-
providing technical advice and solving problems on site
-
preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
-
liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials
-
ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.

Job Requirements:

3-5 Years of experience in site

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
